Terms & Conditions
- Orders under than $49.00 are covered by our unconditional seven day return policy. Orders $49 and over are not returnable or refundable. Please see our Returns page for details.
- We will replace, at no charge, any defective or damaged component or product. Any discrepancies must be reported within 30 days of receipt of the order.
- We will replace, at no charge, any product or component damaged damaged in shipment.
Damage must be reported within seven days of receipt of the order. Photos of damage are useful for us to file a claim with the carrier.
- We will replace, at no charge, or refund in full any shipment lost in transit by the carrier. Please note that it may take a few weeks for the carrier to confirm that a package is lost.
- Any shipment for replacement components or product will ship via the same service level as the original shipment.
- Other than meeting an agreed to ship date, we ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LATE DELIVERIES.
While we will provide any assistance possible, once product leaves our facility and is handled by a courier we have absolutely no control on what happens to the package. This is a serious consideration if an order is required for a time sensitive deadline. Shipping product always carriers an element of risk and we do not recommend placing orders on a tight deadline. There will be no refunds granted for late deliveries.
